Return Policy
Crayli™ will accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

Any signs of damage may void the Crayli™ guarantee.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged more than 30 days after the purchase date.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate (such as undergarments), sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) along with your order number.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

Return Shipping (If Applicable)
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
If you are returning an item valued at more than $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received it and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item has been received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If the issue is not reported within this timeframe, we may be unable to honor your claim.
