Shipping Policy
Crayli™ partners with major international shipping companies like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, who work with local couriers—allowing us to ship directly to your door while proudly offering flat-rate worldwide shipping.
You will be charged when your order is placed. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. To help prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or cancelled.
Shipping Process
We require between 2–5 business days on average to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier's sorting facility. Some items may take longer, especially during major holidays (up to 10 business days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues.
Once your order has begun processing through our shipping department, we are unable to make any changes (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates due to differences in our manufacturing partners' locations.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched to the carrier's sorting facility.
For some shipping companies, tracking information may take several days to appear in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us.
Deliveries
Shipping times vary by country or region. Specific delivery dates are not provided or guaranteed. The following are estimated shipping times:

While we will do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, Crayli™ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, or other unforeseen events.
Duties, Taxes & Other Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees, which are charged once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Crayli™ has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.
Customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages
Crayli™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please report the issue and file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Please note that we rely on the carrier's delivery confirmation and timestamp information when reviewing claims. We may be unable to honor claims that are not reported promptly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate.
We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed, which means we are unable to make changes once an order has been submitted. If your order has already entered our shipping process, we cannot retrieve it to modify the delivery address.
